As the UK’s finance partner for Renault, Nissan, Infiniti and Dacia, RCI Financial Services sought help with its digital marketing strategy – and that’s where we stepped in. We’ve worked with RCI since early 2014, with a primary goal of driving customers to a new online portal where they can easily access information about their finance agreement. We’ve developed numerous innovative ways of achieving this objective including video, internal communications, DM and eDM-based competitions, banners, postal packs and a ‘mobile first’ creative refresh. We think our work has hit the spot. For example, our email marketing activity welcoming customers to the portal has seen open rates nudging 60% - miles ahead of the industry average.
