Its customers can access an extremely handy online portal, which contains all their account information in one place, alongside FAQs and offers. It’s an efficient way for customers to find what they need – and RCI wanted us to get more people using it.
We ran a campaign incorporating several different elements, including email and DM. Our messaging gave RCI’s customers a clear idea of the benefits of activating their online portal and how to do it, and came with increased personalisation in the form of their vehicle details and automatically populated customer ID.
Customers activating their portals were also tempted by a sparkling offer in the form of a prize draw to win £250 of car wash vouchers.
