Who is JJ?

It’s our CEO James Goddard who’s been at JJ the longest (a true testament to our belief that JJ really is a great place to work!). When he established the business in 1989, his core aim was to create the ideal agency – one that he himself would love to work with if he was a client. Nearly three decades on, James’ original vision continues to be at the heart of the way we work.

At JJ, we combine strategy, creativity and accountability to deliver a truly full funnel marketing approach for our clients. Based in the Oxfordshire countryside, the JJ barn is home to experts across the entire marketing mix including an in-house team of inspired creatives.

Benefits of working at JJ

We’re serious about investing in our team – from a generous training budget to pretty awesome benefits that include your birthday off and subsidised gym memberships, we take care of our people. It’s not just all work and no play though, we also make time for the fun stuff too. As well as the legendary summer and Christmas parties and payday drinks, there’s also social events throughout the year – quiz nights, bowling and BBQs to name a few.
